The concrete pour has been postponed on 4/25/2024. Watts Street will be open and all normal activities will proceed on this day.

6/28/2024 - Chelsea Innes Lookahead

The Chelsea Innes Redevelopment remains on track for a Building B completion in early Fall 2024. Finishes are going in and the units are looking great! Looking forward to welcoming back previous residents and welcoming new ones as well! Lookahead for this weekend: The jobsite will be open on Saturday 6/29/2024. Lookahead for this coming week: Willow Street will be temporarily  closed  on Wednesday July 3rd for a concrete pour. The road will open again as soon as the concrete pour is finished. The jobsite will be closed 7/4 through 7/7. The jobsite will open again on Monday 7/8. Happy Fourth of July!
